Sklar, associate in the Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Creditors’ Rights practice at Pashman Stein, will be a featured guest speaker for the New Jersey State Bar Association’s 2024 Bankruptcy & Restructuring Forum CLE on Friday, September 27. The forum will cover topics such as the intersection of Family Law and Bankruptcy, State Court Insolvencies and Estate and Asset Protection Planning and Bankruptcy.

Sklar will be a seminar presenter on the “UCC Article 9 and Hidden Liens” panel from 10-11:10am.
