Sklar, associate in the Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Creditors’ Rights practice at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C., was recently a featured guest speaker on two panels as part of AIRA’s Bankruptcy & Restructuring 2026 Conference, which took place in Nashville, Tennessee from June 3-5, 2026.

Sklar was a featured speaker on the panel “Introduction to Merchant Cash Advances & Bankruptcy” which explored the growing use of merchant cash advances and the legal and regulatory challenges they present.

Sklar was also a featured speaker on the panel titled, “Preserving Vendor Confidence — Trade Credit Management in Stress & Distress,” which discussed strategies for managing vendor relationships to preserve liquidity and business operations.
