Event
New Brunswick, NJ
6.19.25

Daniel R. Guadalupe, partner at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C., will be a seminar presenter at New Jersey State Bar Association’s NJICLE “AI, Smart Contracts & Digital Risk: Emerging Legal Challenges in Construction Agreements” as part of NJSBA’s 2025 Construction Law Symposium. Guadalupe will be part of a panel that will discuss how AI is increasingly being used in contract drafting, project management, and dispute resolution, but there is limited legal precedent on liability, enforceability, and risk allocation. The CLE will also explore how AI-driven contract management is reshaping construction law and the potential pitfalls attorneys need to anticipate when advising clients.

Guadalupe’s hybrid seminar will take place both online and at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, from 10:50 AM – 11:30 AM.
