CJ Griffin to be Seminar Presenter for “Important Developments in New Jersey's Anti-SLAPP Law” CLE at NJSBA’s 2026 Annual Meeting and Convention
CJ Griffin, partner and director of the Justice Gary S. Stein Public Interest Center at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C., will be a seminar presenter at New Jersey State Bar Association’s NJICLE “Important Developments in New Jersey's Anti-SLAPP Law” as part of their 2026 Annual Meeting and Convention. Griffin will be part of a panel that will discuss when and how to use this law, what types of suits it applies to, how plaintiffs should respond to defendants who invoke the Anti-SLAPP Law, and important recent caselaw developments. Bruce S. Rosen, partner at Pashman Stein, will also be a speaker on the panel.
The event will take place in Atlantic City, New Jersey on Thursday, May 14, 2026, from 3:15 PM – 4:45 PM.
