Bruce S. Rosen, partner at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C., will be a seminar presenter at New Jersey State Bar Association’s NJICLE “Important Developments in New Jersey's Anti-SLAPP Law” as part of their 2026 Annual Meeting and Convention. Rosen will be part of a panel that will discuss when and how to use this law, what types of suits it applies to, how plaintiffs should respond to defendants who invoke the Anti-SLAPP Law, and important recent caselaw developments. CJ Griffin, partner and Director of the Justice Gary S. Stein Public Interest Center, will also be a speaker on the panel.

The event will take place in Atlantic City, New Jersey on Thursday, May 14, 2026, from 3:15 PM – 4:45 PM.
