On January 30, 2023, Bruce Rosen will participate on a NJICLE webcast titled ”The NJ Constitution and Your Practice: History, Research Strategies and Constitutional Claims.”

This program will cover the history of NJ’s constitution, some of the important research strategies as well as constitutional claims which pertain to it. Bruce Rosen is a partner at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden and has extensive experience  in high profile First Amendment and media law litigation, commercial litigation and criminal defense.
