Bruce S. Rosen, partner at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. and member of the NJ Supreme Court’s Committee on Attorney Advertising will be moderating and speaking at an upcoming New Jersey State Bar Association CLE Webinar titled “SLAPPING BACK- The New Law that Fights Intimidation Lawsuits”. The event will provide lawyers with the latest knowledge and tools on how the new law against SLAPP works, what out-of-state court rulings are New Jersey Courts likely to use to initially interpret the new law, and how New Jersey’s existing defamation law fits into the analysis.  The online event will take place from 12-1:40pm on November 13, 2023.
