Barry Evenchick, Partner at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden, is speaking on the panel “R.140(b)(2) Advanced Mediation Training.” The training meets the annual 4-hour advanced training requirement for R.140 Civil Mediators. The virtual panel is being held by the Middlesex County Bar Association and will take place on December 15th 12:30pm. The panel will be moderated by David Greenfield, Esq. The other speakers on the panel are Hon, Harriet Derman, PJCH (Ret.) and Hon. Edwin Stern, PJAD (Ret.).
