Borenstein, counsel in the firm’s Trusts & Estates practice group at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. will be a seminar presenter for an upcoming NJICLE webinar titled “Estate Planning for Commercial Real Estate Owners”, hosted by the New Jersey State Bar Association. The presentation will discuss the lifecycle of commercial real estate ownership, planning for businesses with large commercial real estate portfolios, as well as focus on estate taxes, capital gains tax, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, and methods of handling mortgages, plus more. The online event will take place at 1pm EST on February 13, 2023.
