On October 24, CJ Griffin, Director of the Justice Gary S. Stein Public Interest Center, will participate in ACDL-NJ’s 32nd Annual Super Saturday Seminar.
CJ will be speaking on accessing police records from 11:30 A.M. – 12:30 P.M.
Although police misconduct records are generally exempt from access under OPRA, this session will discuss how to use OPRA as a tool to investigate police departments and officers. It will also discuss bills pending in our Legislature that address police transparency.
