William R. Firth, III Joins Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. as Partner in the Firm’s Delaware Office

Hackensack, NJ (July 6, 2023) - Pashman Stein Walder Hayden is pleased to announce that William R. Firth, III has joined the firm as partner in the Litigation and Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights practices as of June 30, 2023. Firth is based in the firm’s Wilmington, Delaware office.

Stein. “Bill not only further deepens our litigation bench, but his extensive knowledge of the Delaware courts enhances our ability to serve our clients, including serving clients as local counsel, in Delaware.”

Firth is a well-known commercial litigator in Delaware, advising individuals, officers, directors, investors, and companies on legal issues arising in the course of doing business, including shareholder and partnership disputes, sale-related contract disputes, and various business tort claims. With over 20 years of experience litigating in Delaware, Bill provides unique insight in approaching and developing case strategies for state and federal matters in Delaware courts and is routinely engaged as local counsel in a wide variety of business litigation matters.

In addition, Firth has significant experience representing businesses, institutional lenders, manufacturers, vendors and commercial landlords in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings, bankruptcy adversary proceedings, and out-of-court commercial loan workouts.

Firth received his J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, his M.P.A from the University of Pennsylvania, and his B.A. from Villanova University. He is admitted to practice in Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania and all the federal courts in those jurisdictions.
