Matthew E. Frisch is a member of the Firm’s Litigation practice. Matt concentrates his practice on complex litigation matters pertaining to commercial and corporate law, shareholder disputes, trust and estates, construction, and landlord-tenant matters.
Frank Marino concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, business succession planning, real estate matters, and business transactions. He advises clients in these areas, and when the need arises, he is an experienced litigator in estate and probate matters.
The Honorable Stuart Peim (Ret.) joined the firm as Of Counsel in 2020 after spending 19 years as Superior Court Judge in Union County Superior Court, of which 16 years he served in the Criminal Division, and three years he served in Juvenile Court.

Robert Stein is a special counsel in the Firm’s Litigation practice. He handles complex litigation matters, with a focus on international arbitration and the array of legal issues that affect multinational corporations.
Jim Strull has practiced law in New Jersey since 1974 and in New York since 1981. He has concentrated his practice in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, business succession planning, real estate matters, and business transactions.
Brian Yarzab provides counsel and representation to applicants in zoning and land use matters before municipal and regional boards. He works closely with architects, engineers and planners to secure governmental approvals for commercial, industrial and residential developments.
