Pashman Stein Walder Hayden Welcomes Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights Associate Edward Cho-O'Leary

Hackensack, NJ (June 2023) - Pashman Stein Walder Hayden is pleased to announce that Edward Cho-O’Leary has joined the firm as an Associate in the Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights practice.

The Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights practice group at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden, launched by Chair John W. Weiss in March 2022, advises clients across the country in complex financial restructuring and bankruptcy related transactions and litigation matters. Additional team members include Joseph C. Barsalona II, partner, who joined the firm’s Delaware office in June 2022 after establishing his career at leading Delaware bankruptcy firms, and Richard Solow, an associate, who joined in November 2022 after working at prominent Am Law firms in New York City.

Prior to joining Pashman Stein, Cho-O’Leary served as a law clerk to the Hon. Alan S. Trust, Chief Judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of New York, and the Hon. Louis A. Scarcella, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of New York.

Cho-O’Leary earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, where he was a St. Thomas More Scholar, his M.Sc., from Trinity College Dublin, and his M.A. and B.A. from the National University of Ireland, Cork. He also served as Executive Articles Editor of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review.
