Pashman Stein Walder Hayden Names Tracy Julian Holmdel Office Managing Partner

Pashman Stein Walder Hayden is pleased to announce that Tracy Julian has been named Managing Partner of the firm’s Bell Works office in Holmdel, New Jersey. 

“With deep roots in the area, Tracy seamlessly took the lead in establishing our presence in Monmouth County and the central New Jersey region over the past several years,” said firm Chair and Managing Partner Michael S. Stein. “We are pleased to officially name Tracy as Managing Partner of our Bell Works office in Holmdel, New Jersey.”

Pashman Stein based in Hackensack, New Jersey, expanded into Monmouth County in 2017 with an office in downtown Red Bank.  The office relocated to the iconic Bell Works building in 2019 to foster growth and to continue to serve clients throughout New Jersey and New York.

In addition to her new role as Managing Partner of the firm’s Holmdel office, Julian serves as chair of the firm’s Family Law practice group and is a partner in the firm’s Litigation practice. Her family law practice includes traditional marital dissolution, civil unions, uncontested divorce, custody and parenting time, alimony, child support, cohabitation, same-sex relationships, adoption, prenuptial agreements, and post-divorce judgment issues.  

Julian brings her extensive experience as a commercial litigator to divorce matters involving sophisticated business structures. She represents high net-worth clients in the dissolution of commercial entities and buy-outs and serves as a trusted advisor regarding the challenges of planning to operate a family business post-divorce. In addition, Tracy also has substantive experience in high conflict custody disputes.  She is a qualified NJ Ct. R. 1:40-12 family law mediator, able to assist clients in resolving their differences more amicably through mediation, particularly with issues of child custody and parenting time.
