Pashman Stein Walder Hayden Attorney Joe Hayden quoted in Law360 article, “NJ Atty Denies Raping Gov.'s Aide, Rebuts Officials' Claims.”  The article explains a New Jersey lawyer was accused of raping a staffer in Gov. Phil Murphy's administration denied the allegations.

“Under the “ground rules” reached with Alvarez’s attorneys for his testimony before the Legislative Select Oversight Committee, the committee agreed that Alvarez would not face questions dealing with the criminal case”, according to Joseph A.
