Pashman Stein Walder Hayden seeks a full-time associate candidate with 3-5 years of insurance and public entity litigation experience to join the firm to be based in Hackensack or Holmdel, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience with handling insurance and public entity defense cases independently, including experience with taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, and client communications.  Trial experience is a plus. Strong writing and advocacy skills and NJ bar membership are required. NY bar a plus.
