Justin P. Walder to be Featured Speaker at NJSBA’s, “Ethics Proceedings from Interview to Hearing” CLE
Justin P. Walder, Partner at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C., will be a seminar presenter for a CLE titled “Ethics Proceedings from Interview to Hearing” hosted by the New Jersey State Bar Association. This program will provide a comprehensive overview of New Jersey attorney ethics proceedings, walking attendees through every stage of the disciplinary process. The panel will discuss how grievances are reviewed and investigated by District Ethics Committees and the Office of Attorney Ethics, including the duties imposed on attorneys during investigations, confidentiality concerns, diversion opportunities, and the standards used in determining whether formal complaints should be filed.
Justin P. Walder will serve as a featured panelist throughout the program, contributing to discussions alongside fellow presenter Monique Moreira, Esq., and moderator Robert B. Hille, Esq. The program will take place on Thursday, August 27, 2026, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick, New Jersey and online via Zoom.
