Alec R. Borenstein to be Featured Speaker at NJSBA’s “Estate Planning for Commercial Real Estate Owners” CLE

Alec R. Borenstein, counsel in the Trusts & Estates, Corporate & Business Law, and Commercial Real Estate practices at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C., will be a featured speaker for a New Jersey State Bar Association CLE titled “Estate Planning for Commercial Real Estate Owners”.  The CLE will cover practical estate and business planning strategies for attorneys advising clients who own or operate commercial real estate, from formation and tax issues through portfolio planning and business succession.

The CLE will take place on February 25, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. – 1:40 p.m. on Zoom.
