David Cinotti attorney at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden quoted in the Law360 article, “Knick Ruling Levels The Field, May Signal Court's Agenda.” The article explains that the U.S. Supreme Court made a decision to overturn a 1985 ruling, and landowners will now be able to take their claims directly to the federal court.
