Darcy Baboulis-Gyscek is an associate in the Firm's litigation practice and joins Pashman Stein Walder Hayden following her clerkship for the Honorable Lisa Rose, J.A.D., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.
Darcy graduated Seton Hall University School of Law, where she earned her J.D. cum laude. During law school, Darcy served in the Civil Litigation Clinic, representing indigent clients in predatory lending and affordable housing matters. In that role, she had the opportunity to hone her passion for written and oral advocacy. Darcy also interned for the Honorable Sallyanne Floria, A.J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex Vicinage, the assignment judge overseeing the administration of the State's largest trial court. Darcy was selected as a member of the Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Board, as well as a comments editor for the Seton Hall Circuit Review.
Prior to law school, Darcy interned for the Honorable John C. Kennedy, J.A.D. (ret.), Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division after receiving her B.A. in Government and Law from Lafayette College.
