Darcy Baboulis-Gyscek is an associate in the firm's Litigation and Appellate Advocacy practices. Darcy primarily represents individuals and businesses, ranging from closely-held companies to large institutions, in a range of complex commercial disputes. After earning her J.D. cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law, Darcy clerked for the Honorable Lisa Rose, J.A.D., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division, in which role she honed her skills in legal research and writing. During law school, she was selected as a member of the Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Board as well as an editor for the Seton Hall Circuit Review. She received her B.A. in Government and Law from Lafayette College.
