CJ Griffin, Chair of Pashman Stein Walder Hayden's Media Law Group, was interviewed by northjersey.com regarding Ridgewood councilman Jeffrey Voigt's harrassment claim against fellow Ridgewood resident Anne Loving. The complaint is in regards to the fact that Anne Loving had filed an anonymous records requests for Voigt's emails. In CJ's interview, she claimed that it is legal to file records requests anonymously.
