I’ve been with the firm as an associate for five years, and was a summer associate before that while I was still in law school. What makes this firm unique and special is its culture. We have a collaborative environment and healthy workplace that allows attorneys to focus solely on doing the best possible work for our clients, while eliminating added pressure from philosophies often perceived as being integral parts of law firm culture, such as the belief that the only way to advance within the firm is to have a cutthroat attitude towards your colleagues and to live and die by your amount of billable hours. We work hard at this firm, but we genuinely enjoy the work we do and working with each other.
Background
Zachary Levy joined Pashman Stein Walder Hayden in 2014 as an associate in the Firm’s Litigation practice. Zach represents individuals and companies in both simple and complex business disputes. He has developed a deep knowledge of electronic discovery practice and procedure, and routinely consults and provides guidance to his colleagues on matters where discovery involves voluminous amounts of electronic data (e.g., emails and computer files), often resulting in a reduction of hours and costs, and making it more affordable to use advantageous electronic discovery resources in low- to mid-range litigations.
Zach believes in a client-oriented approach to his representations and realizes the importance of taking the time to get to know the true nature of his clients' problems and goals. Zach also understands that effective advocacy to solve his clients’ problems can take various forms; some disputes can be resolved with thoughtful conversation with opposing counsel, while others require that the matter be escalated into a full-blown litigation.
Zach earned his J.D. from Widener University School of Law, and earned his bachelor’s degree from Monmouth University.
