Jennifer A. Lifschitz



Jen Lifschitz is a transactional attorney with a focus on corporate and real estate matters.

Jen’s corporate practice focuses on representing emerging companies, start-ups and closely-held companies in a variety of transactional matters, including advising clients on general commercial contracts, service agreements, collaboration agreements, and licensing agreements.

Jen has extensive experience representing real estate investment and management companies and individual real estate investors in connection with acquisitions, dispositions and financings of commercial investment properties.

Prior to joining Pashman Stein, Jen worked in the New York office of Bingham McCutchen LLP where she worked on merger and acquisition transactions, initial public offerings and Securities and Exchange Commission compliance and reporting. Jen received her J.D. in 2005 from Georgetown University Law Center, and her B.A. in 2002 from Barnard College, magna cum laude.
