She has more than 30 years’ experience as a business lawyer representing business entities and individuals in the drafting, negotiating, counseling, and litigation of a broad range of acquisitions, leases, land use, business condominiums and real estate development. Diane brings a practical business perspective to transactions from her prior role as general counsel in the telecommunications sector.
