Sean Mack has substantial experience litigating complex business disputes in
state and federal courts in New Jersey, New York and other jurisdictions.
Much of his practice focuses on disputes and internal investigations in the
medical device and healthcare industries, intellectual property rights, claims
of breach of fiduciary duties by corporate officers and directors, class action
lawsuits, bankruptcy/insolvency related litigation, and appellate advocacy.
