Areas of Practice
Scott Lippert heads the firm’s real estate department.  He focuses his practice on commercial real estate sales, acquisitions, financing and leasing, as well as real estate litigation.  He has more than 28 years of experience in dealing with retail, industrial, office, and residential properties and has represented some of the largest developers in the State of New Jersey.  He also has substantial experience handling land use and real estate-related regulatory matters, including applications before municipal zoning and planning boards, the Council on Affordable Housing and the Department of Environmental Protection.
