Areas of Practice
Samuel Samaro heads the firm’s employment practice. He has extensive
experience litigating labor and employment matters of all types, including
discrimination claims, disability claims, compensation disputes and contract
actions. He has tried numerous cases to verdict in state and federal courts as
well as administrative agencies. He also regularly consults employers and
employees on the full-range of employment law problems and issues, such
as policy drafting and interpretation, work-place harassment and bullying,
litigation avoidance and planning. He has been designated a Certified Civil
Trial Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court.
