Adam Schwartz focuses his practice primarily in the area of business and commercial litigation. He helps a variety of clients, ranging from individuals and closely-held companies to large consumer product and media companies, to resolve all types of business-related issues including contract and lease disputes, insurance coverage claims, claims for breach of fiduciary duties by corporate officers and directors and business divorces.  

Adam also has extensive experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of personal injury, product liability, construction and toxic/environmental tort matters.
