Roger Plawker Named Chair of the Attorney Ethics & Professional Misconduct Practice at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C.

Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. is pleased to announce that Roger Plawker has been named chair of the firm’s Attorney Ethics & Professional Misconduct practice, effective January 1, 2021.

“Roger has been our “go-to” attorney for ethics questions since he joined the firm in 2016 during the merger of Pashman Stein and Walder Hayden,” said managing partner Michael S. Stein. “We are pleased to officially name his as chair of the firm’s Attorney Ethics & Professional Misconduct practice.”

In addition to attorney ethics and professional misconduct, Roger practices in the areas of business litigation, land-use litigation, criminal defense, intellectual property litigation and licensing, employment law, and construction litigation.

Roger has represented one of New Jersey’s largest commercial real estate developers and owners in a number of disputes related to their business, including construction, land use, bidding, and partnership matters.

Roger has successfully completed major software licensing transactions with a number of organizations, including Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, Deloitte & Touche, Nomura, Lehman Brothers, Deutsche Bank, MBIA, Ocwen Financial, Fannie Mae, Morgan Stanley, KPMG, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Greenwich NatWest, and Credit Suisse First Boston.
