Hackensack, NJ (June 2023) - Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. is pleased to welcome our 2023 summer associates, Michael Flynn, Kazel Kapadia, and Matthew Raber. The firm’s summer program will include both in-person and virtual events, including networking, mentoring, and training sessions with partners, retired Judges, and associates.

Michael Flynn
Flynn is joining us from Seton Hall University School of Law where he is studying towards his JD. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Italian from Boston College. He is the Associate Editor of the Seton Hall Legislative Journal, the President of the IALSA, the Vice President of the Tax Law Society, and the Treasurer of the St. Thomas More Society. Mike’s previous experience includes working as a Summer Associate for Marino Tortorella & Boyle and working as an Analyst for Morgan Stanley Investment Management.

Kazel Kapadia
Kapadia is joining us from Seton Hall University School of Law where she is studying towards her JD. She received her Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Spanish from the Smeal College of Business at Pennsylvania State University. She is a member of the South Asian Law Student Association, a Founding Board Member of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association, and the Treasurer of Diverse Attorney Pipeline Program. Her previous experience includes working as a student attorney at the Seton Hall Law Center for Social Justice and working as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Patrick DeAlmeida, J.A.D. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.

Matthew Raber
Raber is joining us from Rutgers Law School in Newark where he is studying towards his JD. He received his BA in Business Administration from the Ivey School of Business at Western University. He is a member of the Jewish Law Society, the Sports & Entertainment Law Society, the Criminal Law Society, and the New Jersey State Bar Association. Matt’s previous experience includes working as a Summer Law Clerk for the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office and a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Carlyn E. Wright in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex Vicinage.
