Pashman Stein Walder Hayden PC is pleased to announce that it has been named a finalist for Cannabis Law Firm of the Year for the inaugural “Emjays International Cannabis Awards,” produced by Fairchild in association with MJBiz.com.  The Emjay Awards will be held on November 30, 2023 at The Pearl Theater in Las Vegas. Awards will be given in numerous categories for ancillary service providers.

“With so many excellent cannabis law practices throughout the country, we are thrilled and honored to be named a finalist for this inaugural award,” said Sean Mack, co-chair of the Cannabis and Hemp Law practice at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden, P.C. “We are proud that the Emjays have recognized our trailblazing work to legalize adult use cannabis in New Jersey, and the expansion of our cannabis practice to New York and surrounding states.”

PSWH’s cannabis practice provides comprehensive counsel for cannabis industry clients, providing guidance in every step of forming and operating a cannabis business, including the licensing process; real estate, land use and zoning approvals; regulatory compliance; and day-to-day business issues. The firm’s clients range from successful multistate operators to family-owned start-up ventures. Working together with firm attorneys in the corporate and land use practice areas, the firm’s clients have obtained approvals in highly competitive and sought after locations, including in New Jersey in Hoboken, Newark, Montclair, and Jersey City.

ABOUT THE EMJAYS

According to the Emjays website, “The cannabis industry has longed for a way to recognize businesses and individuals who are leaders and innovators in their specific business category. There are a lot of awards and “cups” that recognize the best cannabis products, however, the companies that focus on the ancillary services and products that support the cannabis goods have little to look forward to when it comes to recognition and awards. This is why The Emjays - International Cannabis Awards - was created; a collaboration between award-winning event producers - Farechild Events and the largest cannabis trade show and media entity in the industry - MJBizCon.”
