Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. Announces New Counsel

Pashman Stein Walder Hayden announced P.C. today that Timothy P. Malone and Valerie Jules McCarthy have been elevated from associate to counsel, effective January 1, 2020.

Timothy P. Malone joined the firm’s Litigation practice as an associate in 2017, and handles matters involving commercial, corporate, and employment law, trusts and estates law, environmental law, as well as personal injury matters. Tim has significant experience at both the trial and appellate levels, and represents all sizes of clients, from individuals to multi-national corporations. Prior to joining Pashman, Tim worked as a deputy attorney general in the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General’s Environmental Practice Group. He counseled state agencies on the application of federal and state environmental and land use laws to proposed natural gas infrastructure and other developments. He is admitted to the Bars of New Jersey and New York.

Tim received his B.A., cum laude, from Dartmouth College and his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, order of the coif.

Valerie Jules McCarthy joined the firm’s Family Law group as an associate in 2015. Valerie’s practice is primarily devoted to family law. Prior to joining Pashman Stein, Valerie was a family law associate at a boutique firm in Essex county. She is committed to successfully representing her clients in a proactive and cost-efficient manner. She handles a variety of family matters involving marital dissolutions, spousal support, equitable distribution of property, civil union dissolutions, post-marital disputes, child custody, child support, domestic violence issues and guardianships. She is admitted to the Bars of New Jersey and New York.

Valerie received her B.A, from Lehigh University and her J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law.
