Jhanice V. Domingo, partner at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C., was recently interviewed in a Law.com Q&A Article titled “How I Made Bar Association Leadership.” The Q&A highlights Jhanice’s impressive career in law.

My involvement in bar associations has helped advance my legal career in many ways. It helped me build my reputation in the legal community and expand my network. It opened doors and business opportunities for me. And, most rewarding of all, is the friendship I have gained with attorneys, judges, law students, other professionals, etc. The opportunity to meet people, develop meaningful relationships, find mentors, and serve as a mentor through my involvement in bar associations not only has been career-changing, but also life-changing,” said Domingo.

Speaking on Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. and her fellow coworkers, Domingo said “I am very fortunate to work at a law firm that believes that our responsibility as attorneys is to effect real and meaningful change in the world. This cannot be accomplished by simply sitting behind a desk. My firm truly understands the importance and value not only of serving as an advocate for our clients, but also of being a productive and positive member of the legal community and community-at-large outside of the office. At Pashman Stein Walder Hayden (PSWH), our attorneys volunteer their time and experience to academic, civic, cultural, political, and religious organizations, serving on boards locally and statewide, and as leaders in various bar associations. This is our firm’s DNA, and these leadership roles are encouraged and celebrated. There is a special firm culture at PSWH that allows attorneys to achieve goals inside and outside of our walls. I am incredibly proud of my firm’s diversity committee, women’s leadership initiative, and our Justice Gary S. Stein Public Interest Center.”
