Bruce Ackerman is the head of our corporate/commercial practice and has more than thirty year’s experience advising clients on a wide variety of business matters. His corporate/commercial practice centers on the formation, purchase, sale and restructuring of businesses and professional practices, stock and asset sale transactions, mergers, corporate agreements and business succession planning. He also represents publicly traded, multi-site and closely-held businesses, providing those businesses with general corporate and litigation counsel.
